To be multi-faceted, to have depth. It’s something that I am grateful to possess, especially when it extends to my photography. To be more specific, in the genre of music that I capture with my lens. Last week was a very busy week for me. 3 bookings each one day apart combined with a day job equaled a very tired individual. While I would love to sleep for like a week, I’m actually quite excited to be sharing this particular post with you today.
I’m a big fan of a venue with great lighting and Propaganda definitely fell on that list for me. From the moment I walked in to the venue last Saturday and saw the red wall, I was instantly excited to get to shooting. I was even more excited to get home and get editing my shots. (more…)
Why, hello there everyone. Yes, I’m a cornball. It is what it is. I can’t help it. I’m excited to be bringing to you now the first of two posts I’ve been anxious to write and to share. Hello, hello all. Yes, it has been some time. I’ve been leading quite the busy life lately and I have been trying to get back in a groove so to speak. I suppose you could say it can be difficult to hold a day job, and yet juggle both your home life and no less important, your passion. Hello readers. I wanted to take a moment to bring to you my latest set. This weekend I had the pleasure of going out to my first ever drum circle. The weather heading out there was a bit scary. This weekend I had the pleasure of heading out to our local Art District here in Miami for an exclusive photo shoot with one of my close friends, Nick Voss. He had wanted to get together and take a few photos in an urban type setting for the release of his three new singles and I was more than happy to oblige. (more…)
2014 and the beginning of a new year. 2013 is now come and gone and I find it fitting to bring to you my last set of photographs of the year. I had the pleasure of photographing at CMN’s first annual winter music concert. It was a great evening full of wonderful talent both in music and in art. I, for one, was thankful to be present and wish them even more success in the upcoming events. So here is my final set of the year. I look forward to many more opportunities in this upcoming years. There hasn’t been much spare time for anything lately it seems. Unfortunately my present job has been requiring far too many hours, keeping me from having time behind the lens. It is unfortunately a necessity at the moment. I did, however, manage on getting out a for short while to Art Basel this past Wednesday, I am on of the performers in an video art installation, and I was there to who my support to the artist.
