Exploration, Coral Gables

What’s the best thing someone can do when they are feeling restless and caged? My answer, go for a walk. Now granted, you may not think you have the time and sometimes it may seem difficult to find the time, however it’s there. You just have to but in a bit of effort. I have been itching to get behind the lens again, and while I have some pending projects in line, I didn’t have anything scheduled for last weekend. That’s when I decided let me go out and shoot for me. So I did. (more…)

Another Day at Morikami

Sometime last year, on a rainy afternoon,  I had ventured out to Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens. I had been wanting to shoot there for quite some time and I was not disappointed in the least. I instantly fell in love with the place and have been wanting to revisit for a while now.  So I did. It was all that I remembered and more.  Of course I brought along my camera and have come here to share with you all.

Sunrise, Sunset, Swimwear

Hello, hello, people of the page. Finally, some time to upload and share with you the second day of our photoshoot weekend. This particular shoot day took place in Delray Beach and wow, what a beautiful beach. The sand was soft, the water clear and the models, beautiful. I loved being out by the water watching the sun come up in all it’s beautiful glory. Then, to add to the bliss, I had the opportunity to get behind the lens and do what I love.  (more…)

Wish You Were Here

I am water child. It calms, soothes and centers me. With the loss of a loved one recently, I needed just that and so I took my camera along with me to Hollywood Beach. My father loved my landscape shots and I figured going to the beach would be a win-win situation.  (more…)

Sunday Sunday

Hello world. It’s the queen again, taking a break from working on some minor changes to the site, to bring to you the last group of photos I’ve been working on. I have been pressed for time as you already know, however I know that I just need to keep shooting. It helps keep my sanity during the crazy times and although I’m desperately missing shooting live music, my schedule hasn’t really allowed for such luxuries as of late. So I do what I must and shoot when I can. (more…)

Tree Tops and a Hike

Well, hello, hello readers and friends alike. After a slight detour due to life, I bring to you my newest set. I woke up early last Sunday morning in love with the beauty that was the day. It wasn’t just the weather either, the whole day had an incredible energy that was intoxicating. All I could think of was grabbing my camera and being outside, taking in the fresh air and feeling the ground beneath my feet. So I pulled up my list of places I would love to shot and decided to head to Tree Tops Park in Davie, Florida. Off I went in search of what I needed, after a quick pit stop at Starbucks of course. Beach Day

Sometimes, all you need is to step out and step away. The wind in your hair, the salt in the air, the ocean waves crashing on to the sand. Some times, a day at the beach is all you need. It’s the simple pleasures in life that can at times, to a photographer, be the most soothing and beautiful moments.
