Burning the midnight oil and getting things done. If you want to get anywhere in life, don’t make excuses, make efforts towards your goals. I certainly have mine and I work towards them every day. Even if it means pulling overtime and your 9-5 then coming home, caffeinated and back on your own grind.
Hello Hello readers. I’m back! I know it’s been a bit since I’ve checked in and let me just say, it was a very relaxing vacation with very little interaction with technology. Just in time I say.
I’ve been once again burning the midnight oil. While I still have a couple of sets to work through, I can now say that I have completed the last set of images from a particularly great weekend for me. I love this feeling of accomplishment. Small victories equal great feelings. But let’s not wax all poetic. After all, this is all about the photos people. Isn’t it? (more…)
It has been a very busy time for me lately and I have not one complaint in the world. What’s even better is that with each time out behind the lens, I am learning something new. I believe one should never stop working not their craft.

This past Friday I was able to escape my job earlier than the usual 5:30 grind. That gave me the opportunity to take a slight detour of sorts and rather than jump on the highway, I took the regular road instead. After all, good things come when you do not take the roads of convenience.
