I had the pleasure of going to Moonchine Bistro and Asian Lounge on Friday to watch my friends at Urban Rebel rock the place out. I was actually really excited to go to this show because I had heard it was an intimate venue. While most of the venues they perform at are considered small venues, this particular location was very small.
I personally was looking forward to it because of it being so small. I was excited to see what my lens would capture when up close and personal. I was in the zone on Friday night, crouching down low and even getting up on a piano bench for my shot. Mind you I was wearing 5 inch heeled boots. The great part about it was that I didn’t even notice what positions I was assuming until after I got my shot. It was almost as if I had tunnel vision. It was a good feeling. I was pleased at how the shots came out. Then again, they are a joy to photograph. Their performance instantly pulls you in. It’s quite addicting. I have so many great pictures that it was rather difficult for me to choose these few. If you have a moment feel free to browse through them. I’m thinking you might just like them.
