Dee Snider Rocking It

In a year that seems to have taken so many of the icons of my time, there is one that is still rocking it to this day. Dee Snider.

Not only did he make an appearance at the Toys In The Sun Run, he killed that stage. From the classics, to some new material (which I’m loving), and to some covers he seemed to have a blast doing, that man still has it.  So I made a special little set just for him. After all, at his age he is doing what most real musicians aspire to do even now. Granted, it wasn’t a sold out stadium. Instead it was for a much nobler cause and he was an incredible pleasure to meet and greet backstage. He was kind, humble and with a great smile.

As for the photos, they aren’t that bad all things considered. To be honest, I’m actually surprised Artemis did as well as she did from that distance. I am very pleased with her performance. After all, I’m on the tiny end of the spectrum and so it wasn’t easy to shoot behind all those heads jumping up and down. I did it though. The stubbornness paid off.

I’m not going to make this a long post and there are no links to follow. I just wanted to share these with you all and I appreciate you stopping by.
